Email verification is required to activate your OwlCloudHost account. After signing up with your email and password, you will receive a 6‑digit security code that must be entered to complete your account activation. This code expires in 30 minutes for your security.
If you signed up using Google, Facebook, or X (Twitter), your email is already verified automatically and you can skip this step.
Email verification ensures:
• You own the email address used during signup
• You can recover your account if you forget your password
• Your account is protected from unauthorized access
This step is mandatory for all email‑based signups.
When you sign up with your email:
• A 6‑digit security code is sent to your inbox
• The code is valid for 30 minutes
• You must enter the code on the verification page to activate your account
If the code expires, you can request a new one.
Steps:
1. After signing up, check your email inbox for a message from OwlCloudHost.
2. Open the email titled “Your OwlCloudHost Verification Code”.
3. Copy the 6‑digit security code.
4. Return to the verification page on OwlCloudHost.
5. Enter the code in the verification box.
6. Click Verify to activate your account.
Once the code is accepted, your account becomes fully active.
Security codes expire after 30 minutes for protection.
If your code is no longer valid:
• Click Resend Code on the verification page
• A new 6‑digit code will be sent to your email
• Enter the new code to complete activation
🔄 Didn’t Receive the Code?
If the verification email isn’t in your inbox:
• Check your Spam or Junk folder
• Make sure you entered the correct email during signup
• Wait 1–2 minutes — sometimes delivery is delayed
If you still don’t see it, click Resend Code.
If you signed up using a social provider:
• Your email is already verified
• No security code is required
• You can sign in immediately
Once your email is verified, you can:
• Access your dashboard
• Upload and manage files
• Update your profile
• Enable Two‑Factor Authentication
• Upgrade your plan
Your account is now fully activated and ready to use.
