You can cancel your OwlCloudHost subscription at any time. Canceling stops future renewals while keeping your current plan active until the end of the billing period. Your files remain safe, and you can upgrade again whenever you need.
When you cancel:
You will not be charged again
Your current plan stays active until the end of the billing cycle
Your files remain safe and accessible
You can continue using your storage until the plan expires
You can upgrade again at any time
Canceling does not delete your account or your data.
You can cancel directly from your account settings.
Steps:
Open Account Settings
Go to Billing & Plans
Select Manage Subscription
Choose Cancel Subscription
Confirm your cancellation
You will receive a confirmation email once the cancellation is complete.
After canceling:
Your plan remains active until the renewal date
You keep all features and storage during this period
When the plan expires, your account switches to the free plan
If your storage exceeds the free plan limit:
You can still access your files
Uploading and importing will be paused
You can upgrade again anytime to restore full functionality
Your data is never deleted automatically.
You will not be charged again unless you:
Reactivate your subscription
Upgrade to a new plan
Add a new paid service
Your billing history remains available for reference.
Canceling your subscription does not close your OwlCloudHost account.
You can still:
Log in
Access your files
Download your content
Use the free plan
Upgrade again whenever you choose
Refunds depend on your region and payment provider (Stripe, PayPal, Cash App Pay, or US bank account).
Most subscriptions are non‑refundable once the billing period has started, but you can always contact support if you believe there was an error.
