Browser sessions and device activity help you keep track of every place your OwlCloudHost account is currently logged in. This gives you full visibility and control over your account’s security, allowing you to spot unfamiliar devices and sign out remotely if needed.
Your browser sessions list includes:
Device type (Windows, Mac, iPhone, Android)
Browser used (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox)
Approximate location (city/state)
Date and time of last activity
Whether the session is active or idle
This helps you quickly recognize which sessions belong to you.
Device activity provides a broader view of all devices that have accessed your account, including:
Trusted devices
New devices
Recently active devices
Devices that triggered login alerts
Devices that were blocked due to suspicious activity
This gives you a complete picture of your account’s access history.
You can check your sessions anytime.
Steps:
Open Account Settings
Go to Security
Select Browser Sessions
You’ll see a list of all active logins.
If you see a device you don’t recognize—or simply want to clean up old sessions—you can sign out instantly.
Steps:
Open Browser Sessions
Select the session you want to end
Click Sign Out
The device will be logged out immediately.
If you suspect unauthorized access or want a fresh start:
Use Sign Out of All Devices
This logs out every session except your current one
You should then change your password and confirm 2FA is enabled
This is the fastest way to secure your account.
If a device looks unfamiliar:
Change your password immediately
Ensure 2FA is enabled
Sign out of the suspicious session
Review your login alerts
Remove the device from your trusted list
These steps help lock down your account quickly.
Monitoring your sessions helps you:
Detect unauthorized access early
Keep your account clean and secure
Remove old or forgotten logins
Maintain full control over your data
Strengthen your overall security posture
Combined with 2FA and login alerts, session monitoring forms a powerful security trio.
